Randy's drawings are a mix of inks and colored pencils. Each drawing is "approximately" 9x13.
Original drawings are $400.00. Mattes are an additional $25.00
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your artwork or print, refund requests must be submitted within three (3) days of confirmed delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:
The artwork must be returned in the same condition it was received.
The item must be returned in its original packaging materials to ensure safe transit.
The artwork must be free from damage, alterations, or excessive handling after delivery.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or an error was made with your order.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Custom commissions, personalized items, and final sale pieces are non-refundable.
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of both the artwork and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Please allow 7-10 days for processing, packaging and delivery. Each piece is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.
*Larger or more fragile pieces may require additional handling time.
